[~tmarquardt] good catch, the test case can pass even without the fix is
because there will be another IllegalArgumentException when initializing ABFS
using the fake configuration.
Submitting patch 004.
I've updated the test to expect IllegalArgumentException explicitly and check
the message content contained in IllegalArgumentException.
