AzureBlobFileSystem check property "skipUserGroupMetadata" to skip retrieving
the user group information and provide a dummy one during fs initialization, so
AzureBlobFileSystemStore should do the same thing or should just use the
user&group info fetched from AzureBlobFileSystem.
