Patch 002; this is patch 001 extended to cover
ITestAzureBlobFileSystemAuthorization
Test: abfs amsterdam; apart from timeout of the big tests
{{ITestAzureBlobFileSystemE2E}} and {{ITestAzureBlobFileSystemFlush}} all passed
