Summary: Testing: Trying workaround at SUREFIRE-1588

Recently all the unit tests are failing. If the failure is caused by the latest
Java 8 issue reported at SUREFIRE-1588, we can workaround it by adding the
following parameter to the setting of maven surefire plugin.
