bq. It would be better to a have a PR where we can track all the feedback for
the release. Not sure if we are already tracking cr feedback through some other
mechanism. If so, then please do share with me.
general workflow here is:all reviews go as comments on the JIRA, referring to
the previous patch & lines therein.
Given this patch is incorporated into the HADOOP-15529 patch, that's the
preferred place for comments...it'll stop things being split up
