What version of AWS SDK is good for 2.8.x?
The versions are as follows:
* trunk and branch-3.2: 1.11.375 (HADOOP-15642)
* branch-3.1 and branch-3.0: 1.11.271 (HADOOP-15040, HADOOP-15264)
* branch-2 and branch-2.9: 1.11.199 (HADOOP-14890)
I thought 1.11.271 seems good choice.
2.7.x line is much harder, maybe we can stop the maintenance work rather than
upgrading AWS SDK versions.
