* Addresses checkstyle issues.
* when DTs are on, returns the FS URI in ABFS.getCanonicalServiceName()
* if a token returned already as a Kind, don't overwrite it with a local
instance (allows for independent unmarshalling, renewal, cancel)
* test of the DT binding process using a stub token manager
FWIW, without getCanonicalServiceName returning the FS URI, I'm not convinced
that MR or Spark actually collects the DT
