Actually, I think this is being triggered not by the HADOOP-15954 patch, but
the new DT one, which is logging in a user kerberized. If the test runs in the
same JVM things are failing. UGI setup issues (a) the other tests must clean up
and (b) this test ought to reset UGI for safety
