[~iwasakims]: w.r.t DT's the s3a one is a bit overambitious in that it actually
implements session- and role- based DTs. For ABFS I'm fixing up the plugin
points to support something similar, but I don't have an implementation (yet).
It's mostly new tests and the passing down of the URI of the FS so that the DT
issuer can issue a token for a specific URI, and the authenticator can look it
up
