Hi Eli, I am uncertain where is the best place for this project. This is a
customized manage and deployment system for Hadoop software stack. Hence, it
could be inside Hadoop or in the incubator. Some people have expressed
interests for this to be in the contrib project, and others think this should
be an incubator project. I am fine either way, but I did drafted the incubator
proposal. What do people think? Let me post a architecture diagram and
design. Hadoop community can decide the proper course of action.
