* this isn't going to affect minikdc is it?
I'm happy with this in a 3.x release; we've always stated "we reserve the right
to change dependencies", though the goal is to try and cause as little grief as
possible. compared by the commons-lang3 update forced on us by JDK evolution,
this will be minor
