when the defaultFS is configured to a domain name. when a ip of the domain name
is fault, the rpc request will have a response with ioexception, but it will
not resolve the domain name to have a new healthy ip address. I seen the
HDFS-8068 and HADOOP-12125, they cannot resolve the problem.
