Description:
Currently S3ATestUtils.translateException will convert
{{NoAuthWithAWSException}} AccessDeniedException but not the superclass
{{CredentialInitializationException}}.
That is just mapped to the generic AWSClientIOException, which is considered
retryable on idempotent calls.
This means that if any DT provider/AWS auth chain raises
{{CredentialInitializationException}}., such as during the FS init, the
operation will be retried until it eventually times out.
