Description: Oracle JDK 8 will be EoL during January 2019, and RedHat will
end support for OpenJDK 8 in June 2023
([https://access.redhat.com/articles/1299013]), so we need to support Java 11

RHEL OpenJDK 8 support is extended to June 2023. Updated the description.
