If users would like to use "hdfs" schema, then they may need to pass in URI
like,
URI(String scheme, String host, String path, String fragment)
URI(String scheme, String userInfo, String host, int port, String path, String
query, String fragment)
I don't think anyone used it with "hdfs" schema earlier or they might use URI
like above.
This simple fix is given because it is working in Hadoop -2.x but not working
in Hadoop- 3.x.
