Summary: Remove JUnit from LICENSE.txt (was: Update JUnit section in
LICENSE.txt)
Description: JUnit section can be removed from LICENSE.txt because the
Apache Hadoop binary releases do not contain any junit jar files. (was:
HADOOP-14775 updated JUnit 4 version from 4.11 to 4.12, and added JUnit 5 to
dependency management section.
* We need to update JUnit 4 version in LICENSE.txt.
* For now, JUnit 5 is not used in any modules, however, if we start using JUnit
5 in any module, we need to add JUnit 5 section to LICENSE.txt.)
