These are optional components that are designed to be build when needed. For
example, to build ozone, you can do something like this.
*mvn -f pom.ozone.xml install -DskipTests -Dmaven.javadoc.skip -Dskipshade*
In short, this is a feature, not a bug.:) Thanks for flagging it though. I will
resolve this as not an issue.
