I've _almost_ got a variant of your great patch (just the rpc, not the genesis
stuff) ready for internal load testing. It has been a pain making the rpc
client be compliant with the key provider factory such that both are
transparently supported. Just wanted to let you know so we don't diverge in
our efforts.
