Note https://github.com/aws/aws-sdk-java/issues/1946, "AWS S3 Plus ('+') sign
in path" may constitute a regression when using AWS SDK Against recent releases
of httpclient. Because we are using the shaded SDK, provided the AWS team don't
upgrade their dependencies, all is good. Anyone who switches to unshaded and
ups their httpclient version is potentially in trouble
