When executing mvn-deploy target, the build fails.
hadoop-common and hadoop-common-sources deploy, but the test jar does not.
property staging is not set and/or set to false, meaning when you try to deploy
a snapshot build.
The error reads:
Invalid reference: 'hadoop.core.test'.
