Not sure how pre-commit jenkins jobs work for PR.
I tried to manually trigger the job:
https://builds.apache.org/job/hadoop-multibranch/job/PR-1356/
But it's not getting reported in the PR.
I will attach a patch here for jenkins job to kick-in.
