We have specific functions in the RPCClient.java, and it is one function per
capability; since we did not want to expose the generic mechanism to the end
user to just set and get features. It might be that we have not exposed the
generic feature to set the GDPR like flag to the end user. But when you get to
that patch, you will see and it might involve adding a signature to RpcClient,
and probably some code in the OM to handle that call.
