Steve Loughran commented on HADOOP-16577:
-----------------------------------------
I get a 404 back from {{curl
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/snapshots/org/eclipse/jetty/websocket/websocket-server/9.3.27.v20190418/websocket-server-9.3.27.v20190418.jar}}
as it should be a snapshot server only. Do you see this or do you get blocked
by the server?
If its a server block then maybe your IP address been somehow blocked by infra;
otherwise the build should be going to maven central for this artifact.
what happens if you try to build from somewhere else, or over a VPN?
> Build fails as can't retrieve websocket-servlet
