The URL seems to be valid. At first yetus-wrapper downloads yetus tarball by
the following command:
```
curl -f -s -L -O
https://archive.apache.org/dist/yetus/0.10.0//apache-yetus-0.10.0-bin.tar.gz
```
Can you try this command manually?
