Update asf-mailer.conf for moved trees

Since the mavenization, we have renamed various directories inside
hadoop/trunk. The asf-mailer.conf file in the infrastructure SVN needs to be
updated for these new paths in order to fix the commit mails and the triggering
of the git mirror.
