On a second thought, Hadoop shouldn't be blocked by Tez so I'll go ahead commit
this one.
But I'll comment on TEZ-4083 that without the change it won't be able to
support Hadoop 3.3.0 and more likely lower releases because I will have to
cherry pick this commit into lower branches.
