Thank you [~billie] for your attention. After reading through the doc referred 
by you, I inferred that Hadoop's tracing system doesn't serve the requirements 
set down for this JIRA.

We wish to send the client-side latency information back to the ADLS Gen 2 
endpoint. This helps us track the end-to-end latency together with the latency 
metrics of ADLS' internal sub-systems. Does the Hadoop's tracing system provide 
for sending latency info back to the ADLS server?
