Sorry, I wasn't clear. Yes, part of using ServiceLoader to load these impls is
that we need to make the schemes for each FileSystem unique. I was proposing
that we change
"file" scheme to point to RawLocalFileSystem
"checksum" scheme to point to LocalFileSystem
