Backport S3A enhancements and fixes from trunk to branch-3.2 URL: https://github.com/apache/hadoop/pull/1836 This picks up ~all the changes in hadoop-trunk related to s3a and backports them to hadoop-3.2.x includes * minor changes externally which came with this (e.g. hadoop token code) excludes: * JAR updates other than of the AWS SDK * anything which would force broader changes across the code troublespots * going to the older mockito is trouble, things compile but don't run. Luckily I've done enough backporting of the relevant tests to internal branches that I've done that work already
