AbfsOutputStream does not have any counters that can be populated or referred
to when needed for finding bottlenecks in that area.
purpose:
* Create an interface and Implementation class for all the AbfsOutputStream
counters.
* populate the counters in AbfsOutputStream in appropriate places.
* Override the toString() to see counters in logs.
