@Allen, if you read properly my previous comment, I'm not saying 'we are going
to create this anyway', I'm using a conditional tense 'we could move'. This
means that the action of moving forward is conditional and subject to the
opinion of the Hadoop developers community. Given that no objection has been
raised against distcpV2 being part of Hadoop, we *could* move forward with it,
while the general rules are being defined for adding other components. Cheers.
