Besides the unit test filed by HDFS-15325, I found this JIRA misses some key
information. [~csun] Please set the "Fixed Version/s", "Components (e.g. ipc)",
and "Labels (e.g. Reviewed)". Since this is claimed as a "New Feature", please
also add a "Release Notes". Thanks,
