Following open issues in my opinion, if I am not missing something:
1) Client instantiations.
2) createRPCNamenode changed to createNamenode in DFSClient.
3) New namenode field in DistributedFileSystem, which is redundant given that
DFSClient also has a similar field. That means leaving the setting of service
in DFSClient.
4) Remove FIXMEs.
