I've addressed all the mentioned issues and the build + tests are passing - https://github.com/apache/hadoop/pull/2051#issuecomment-640100826 except for the `test4tests`. I believe this patch doesn't require any tests to be added as it doesn't change any of the component's behaviour(s).
