ok.I will expose the `cache size` and `expire time` parameters to the user. The
default value of `expire time` is set to 12 hours.
URI objects do not occupy much memory. Can the default value of cache size be
set to 5000 or even 10000? Can you provide some suggestions for the default
cache size? Thanks.
