nimbus-jose-jwt was upgraded from 4.41.1 to 7.9 by dependabot. The commit is
[c1d393a1567cac1bcf71e2e5f252cddffa0f97cc|https://github.com/apache/hadoop/commit/c1d393a1567cac1bcf71e2e5f252cddffa0f97cc].
I cherry-picked this to branch-2.10. This is 1 line fix of hadoop-project.xml
and tests of hadoop-auth passed on my local.
