[[email protected]] I think the culprit could be HADOOP-17223
I reverted that locally and the tests were passing(I tried a couple of them
only).
The {{URIBuilder#getPath()}} is returning null now, instead of empty string.
Need to check does it have a test-only impact or something more then that. If
it is only test, A couple of null checks in some places should fix these.
