In the BUILDING.TXT file on the apache/hadoop git repo, the instructions for
Linux/macOS users needs an addition to show how to set a shell script as
executable using sudo and then running the script. This should help avoid
potential confusion for users who are unfamiliar with using executable shell
scripts in the Linux/macOS terminal.
