Hi Giri and Arpit, could you please update the title of this JIRA to say
something like "hadoop-setup-conf.sh should put proxy user info..." ? I was
confused at first as to the nature of this bug, then I realized it's just that
hadoop-setup-conf.sh is putting a config in the wrong place.
