Thank you for the work here everyone.
Jetty Upgrade can cause failure of TestCheckpoint and
TestWebHdfsWithRestCsrfPreventionFilter as well.
sendError() is used in both`RestCsrfPreventionFilter.java` and
`ImageServlet.java`, we can setStatusWithReason() to resolve these failures too.
