Hmm, I cannot reproduce the failures of
`hadoop.io.compress.lz4.TestLz4CompressorDecompressor` and
`hadoop.io.compress.zstd.TestZStandardCompressorDecompressor` locally. I
rebased to trunk. Let's see how CI tells.
