Funny -been seeing that internally along with some SSL test failures and
trying to track down which JVM it was so as to decide whether this is a JVM
change. (java 8 JVM, BTW)
clearly caused by string matching failure/changed exception text.
Maybe this test should be relaxed everywhere, rather than just on branch-2
