Done. Sorry for the delay [~bpatel]. I was planning to commit this Friday but
somehow forgot. :(
Seems you'll need to be added to contributor list in order to assign the JIRA
to you. [~tasanuma] could you help with this?
I'll also backport this to branch-3.3 as well.
