Yes we have `FakeTimer`, however, it's c'tor allows only fixed values
initially, which can be incremented later (IMHO, not efficient for our test):
```
public FakeTimer() {
// Initialize with a non-trivial value.

nowNanos = TimeUnit.MILLISECONDS.toNanos(1000);
}
```
