### Description of PR
* junit command throws exception
if there are no xml files under
surefire-reports.
* Thus we need to check if the xml
files exist before running the
junit command.
### How was this patch tested?
I created a commit
https://github.com/GauthamBanasandra/hadoop/commit/81f3e70141ca9be4fcf1fe2c9dbcd44e65b11c42
which generates a dummy
xml file and prints log
messages about whether the
file exists or not.
