   1. My bad, sorry
   2. what do we do long term here? So 3.4.x is on junit5., 3.3.x is still on 
4. 
   
   I think its safest then if
   1. new code still uses junit4 APIs
   2. checkstyle should warn use of junit5
   3. and we should ignore deprecation warnings.
   
   what a PITA. At least it's not as unstable as scalatest, which broke 
*everything* by actually moving the old classes
