If we want to move `ClusterStorageCapacityExceededException` to IA.Public, is it worth checking if all of it's extended classes are also eligible for IA.Public? If so, it would be good to make them all public in one go? On the other hand, given that CSCEE can be considered as fundamental Exception raised by HDFS, I think making it Public is better than adding Hive to IA.LP list. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
