Exactly, I specifically spent time to find the import order options for the
formatter xml and then when I looked into Eclipse `Code format` options in IDE
itself, I realized that it doesn't support it in the first place.
Thanks @ayushtkn for again taking a look. Maybe we can wait a little more
for Eclipse formatter review in case someone can provide verification or if I
can convince with sufficient and valid points, else we can drop it off :)
