### Description of PR
It's possible that, after retries, we will have a null AbfsHttpOperation
inside of the AbfsRestOperation. AbfsClient should be aware of this and
make sure that it doesn't just assume that there's a non-null
HttpOperation (e.g. try to get the HTTP status code).
### How was this patch tested?
Just existing unit tests at this point. Haven't looked to see if I can mock
a realistic new test case. Have not tried to run ABFS integration tests yet.
