I pushed the cherry-picking of YARN-8936 to branch-3.2 since I got no issue on
{{mvn test}} and {{mvn test -Dhbase.profile=2.0}} under
hadoop-yarn-server-timelineservice-hbase.
[~brahmareddy] Are you OK to push it to branch-3.2.3 too?
